[/blockquote]well hey there, beauty. what's your name?my parents, or i should say my mom, named me melissa and since my dad didn't like it too much he gave me my middle name. which is kendra, another first name instead of middle name. i'll go by either, really, i don't mind, but mainly people call me mel. melissa means "bee" in Greek. this was the name of a nymph that cared for young zeus in greek mythology. and kendra, well i don't know what that one means. i guess it's just a feminine verison of kendrick.pretty name! how many years have you been blessing this world with your presence?i'm seventeen years old and my birthday is june seventeenth. i was born in new york city, in a taxi cab. they were on their way to the hospital and what with new york traffic they got stuck in the five o'clock rush hour. the cab driver freaked and apparently won't drive my mom around anymore, although i doubt he's still out there anyway. who knows?tell me, why are you here again?i'm a senior in high school, last year baby.do you prefer boys, girls, or both?boys. what can i say? there's just something them boys can give me that girls can't.tell me about your love life, sweetie.hook-ups and serious dating are fine with me, as long as the guy isn't celebit. i'm not exactly the kind of girl you would think would date seriously, but i have had a few. if i had to pick which one i'd go by, it'd have to hook-ups. i'm too young to be looking for the one guy that i plan on marry. which won't be anytime soon. i'm not currently seeing anyone, so it should be a fun year.what do you like to do?chatting, dancing, flirting, shopping, reading, movies, road trips, beaches, lakes, rooftops, surfing.what grinds your gears?when people sing, but don't know the words, saying something but not having a clue to what it means, talking excessively for no reason, pretentious people, pre-judgement, lying, oversenstivity, onions, rain, whining.what makes you cower in fear?hmm, i'd have to say taking on too much and not being able to handle it. i like taking on a lot of things at once and people are always telling me that i'm going to go too far with it one day. i don't want to be a failure, heh, call me weird.tell me - are you an innocent little one?um, not really. as far as drugs go, no, i haven't tried any. i do illgeal things a lot. breaking and entering seems to be up top though. what can i say? i love a good party where i'm not suppose to be at.ha! i knew it! what're some of your secrets? i won't tell!i once was paid for sex, i guess makes me a whore, right? anyway, i don't want to talk about it.what about your parents? are they good people?eh, i guess. they have their way of doing things and i have mine. we get along pretty well though, so i can't really complain about them too much. i love them, if that's what you wanna know. my dad more-so than my mom though, but only because we're so different and we bump heads a lot, mostly with the littlest of things.surely you have some siblings?nope, just me. i've always wanted a little brother or sister though, but my mom's tubes are tied, so that's out of the question.what do you want to do with your life?for now? i wanna finish high school. and then go to UCLA to become a designer. anything with fashion really, i've loved it since i was ten.you're amazing! tell me something else, love.hmm, i think we covered everything.

It wasn't very professional to tell a student that they were, in fact, your favorite. It was almost like picking a favorite kid that you had-- it just wasn't right. But even if it wasn't she doubted that she would tell him that he was. She never told anyone how they meant to her, or how much she appreciated them when she was younger and now it just happened out of habit. In high school she had come off as fake, or cold, because she wasn't very open with herself or her emotions, but it wasn't because she didn't like anybody, quite the opposite. It was actually because so many people came in and out of her life that she just gave up on it. Now that her life was stable, sometimes she just couldn't shake the old feelings.
"Nah, I can't really either. But you on the other hand? I don't know, you have a bit of a cat burglar look." Her face sobered up a bit at the comment. She leaned back in her chair with slight tisk, "Damn, I guess I can take out my Catwoman outfit now. What tipped you off anyway?" Analeigh's face was free of any smile, but the humor that lit her eyes gave her away. She was by no means a cat burglar, or criminal for that matter, but she would have to be one boring person not have favorite villain or superhero when she was growing up. Her favorite villain was obviously Catwoman and Wonderwoman for her superhero. She hadn't watched them in such a long time. They such a nice way to step out of reality for her when she was younger, too bad she didn't have that now. Although most women start to think about a family sooner or later, but she doubted she would stepping into that pool any time soon.
Analeigh smiled a little at how persistent he was about her helping him. To her she was just doing her job, but she knew how great it could be to have to that one person who was willing to listen to you. That someone had been a professor for Ana and she doubted she would ever forget him. He helped her so much that she still felt she owed him her life, basically. A small smile graced her lips when she remembered how she had just crumbled and spilled everything she had been holding back. Surprisingly to her, she had a lot of built up anger that came out in a not-so-pleasant way for Mr. Greene to see, but he didn't stop her. He just sat back and listened to her, though she couldn't see how he had heard through her sobs. It was absolutely the most embarrassing thing she could ever remember doing, well second embarrassing thing. "Well, then I'm glad that I was able to be that person for you." She reassured him, though she knew he still hadn't told her everything about him. But what he had told her so far was better than nothing and she figured he would tell her in his own time, or find someone else he could talk to. Either way she honestly wished the best for him.
The quick grimace on Jayden's face didn't go ignored by Analeigh. She had been watching people's faces too long to miss something as blatant as that, but he covered it up before she could ask him about, like with some other stuff about him, but she knew it was basically about. This time anyway. She nodded in agreement to what he was saying. She knew he was doing alright with all of his classes. Usually when a student's grades dipped they were assigned to see her. Usually because it's outside occurrences that mess with school or something, so she knew he didn't need a tutor. "I wasn't saying you needed one, just that if you did have one it could help with the, um, late nights," she said gently with a look around the restaurant. Analeigh felt herself smiling to match his own grin. "You are, by no means, at the bottom of my list." She said with the paper cup hoovering by her lips. She took a drink and immediately pulled it away from her mouth. The ice had melted and made the drink watery.
